Limanakia Villas comprise of two separate buildings, both 300m² built on three levels, set in a 4,000m² plot of land next to the sea.  The two villas offer 8 bedrooms and 8 en-suite bathrooms.  At the side of the infinity swimming pool there are stone steps leading down to a stretch of 'private' sand/pebble beach and private jetty.

There is a daily maid service with linen changed twice a week.

Aghios Emilianos has over the years grown into a beautiful coastal village, full of private luxury villas with stunning sea views.  The village started as a successful businessmans vision to create a paradise-on-earth for his factory workers.  Originally a holiday retreat, the idea eventually developed into what it has become today, a luxury retreat for wealthy Athenians and Europeans.  However, the village has retained its private residency feel by allowing only one restaurant/boutique hotel and one holiday resort complex to be included within its boundries.  Many of the private residents rent their properties for the summer months to visitors from around the world, giving the village an exclusive cosmopolitan feel during the holiday season.
