Ermioni Marina
Following the original announcement back in July 2013, over 10 years later, work has finally started on the Ermioni 'super-yacht' Marina. Although ongoing sea-dredging work in the Limani Bay started in September 2023, ground work finally commenced at the beginning of February 2024 with the expansion of foundation ground works. The marina project was delayed following the global Covid-19 pandemic and the delayed completion of the Porto Heli marina. On completion, the new Ermioni Marina will include accommodation for more than 250 boats, up to 60m in length. The marina complex has plans to include cafes, bars, restaurants, retail shops and a planned 20-room boutique accommodation facility, giving yacht owners a secure mooring place to berth their motor-boats, yachts and sailing boats.
On completion, expected in 2027, the Ermioni 'super-yacht' Marina will be approximately 472,260 Sqm in size and occupy the area adjacent to the Ermioni football pitch and the lower side of Krothi Hill, that leads to the church of Aghios Gerasimos and the Milos.
