Dreamland Villa is a modern 280m² three storey villa, with a 13m x 9m swimming pool, set in a 4,000m² plot of land.  The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.  Dreamland Villa is located only 500m from the wonderful sandy beaches of Hinitsa, with a choice of friendly tavernas.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:  3 independent studios for 8 people, with air-con, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette and fridge.  There is a spacious veranda and sea view.  Private garage and parking on this level.

UPPER GROUND FLOOR:  Large open-plan living and dining room with open fireplace, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air-con, TV and Wi-Fi.

FIRST FLOOR LEVEL:  2 Master bedrooms with en-suite, air-con, TV and Wi-Fi.  Large balconies with countryside and sea views.

Minimum stay - One week.   Pets considered.   Cleaning once a week.

Check-in: from 14:00   Check-out: up to 11:00   Children up to 2 years old are free of charge / the villa has 2 baby cots.

Porto Heli is a modern coastal town and a well established resort for both local and international visitors, as many people have summer homes within the area.  It offers the holiday visitor, or the local  residents, a choice of water sports, sandy beaches and nightlife.  Due to the beautiful climate with plenty of sunshine and light winds, the bay is ideal for all kinds of water activities.  It is an area of great natural beauty, especially along the coastline with its numerous sheltered coves and crystal clear water.  It started to develop the tourist industry during the 1980s, as it became popular with package tours.  Being a modern town it has plenty of shops, tavernas, cafes and bars, boats that will take you on one-day excursions, or to some nice near-by beaches.  There are daily bus and hydrofoil services from Athens throughout the year and car hire facilities are available in the town centre for exploring the wonderful surrounding region.  

Porto Heli is located on a beautiful safe, natural harbour, opposite the ruins of Ancient Halieis.  Halieis was a large settlement of farmers and fishermen and remains are visible on land (the Acropolis) and just under the sea (the communal baths) at the opposite end of the town. Artifacts from the site are on display in various museums, including Spetses and the Archaeological Museum of the Peloponnese in Nafplio.  The modern name of Porto Heli translates to the 'Bay of Eels', which was the mainstay of the fishing industry many years ago. Today, fishermen still go about their everyday business, with farming and tourism being the other main industries for this area.
