This stunning Villa sleeps 12 people comfortably, is fully equipped and is presented to an exceptional high standard, which gives it a luxurious feel that is so hard to find with holiday rentals.

The villa offers an open plan reception room and living room.  Doors lead to magnificent kitchen where one can cook superb meals, using the state of the art facilities.  From this area the holiday makers have an opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining on the huge table which is situated on the second pool terrace. On this ground floor level, there is a double bedroom and private bathroom.  Above the bed is a mezzanine floor that could be used by older children.  A note of warning:  This mezzanine is open and has no barriers.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with an imperial size double bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and an office space with  TV and safe. A further  2 separate balconies overlook the pool and sea. At this level there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed with a small terrace with sea and garden, and the other with a queen-size bed with visible sky and a very sweet mokamvilies covered balcony overlooking the sea. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Next to the main villa is a separate guest house with two entrances. The entrance to the right leads to a small kitchen, with a separate bathroom with shower close by. There is a bedroom with a TV that has a beautiful double brass bed, which has been carved in wood. Doors lead out to the garden, where there is a pergola covered in jasmine with integrated benches with cushions and a table overlooking the sea. The entrance to the left has a small double room with windows overlooking the garden - stairs leading to mezzanine with two built-in double beds and a small playroom under the eaves. The playroom has a TV, CD, DVD with connecting USB.  This separate guest house can sleep 4 persons.

In front of the main house is a lovely terrace with a large outdoor seating area with luxurious sofas and pillows.  Next to it is a large outdoor dining area with central ceiling fan. Under the terrace is a large swimming pool with an integrated spa and plenty of room for iliotherapeia.  At the pool side are locker rooms with shower and toilet. From the lawn, stone steps lead directly down to a beautiful beach with small white pebbles. Just above the beach there is a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, and a second area just above the beach with round benches with cushions, table and umbrella.  The gardens are large, mature and beautifully landscaped.  The lawns have weeping figs and pergolas provide shade over the garden paths which are covered by plants and flowers which fill the air on warm summer evenings with their wonderful scents.   Ancient olive trees and cypresses tree add to the wonderful scenery.  The kitchen garden is filled with plenty of seasonal products. Fruits and citrus fruits are available.  In a quiet corner of the garden there is a chapel which is designed in a traditional Byzantine style with fountain frolic in the air.

This luxurious property comes with WIFI, i-pod docking station, TV, DVD, CD, air conditioning, hairdryer and safe.  Beautiful marble floors compliment the internal features throughout the property.  For the guests, this villa has full-time staff on hand.   A friendly couple who work passionately for Dream Villa and offer breakfast and all other household duties.   Cooking is not included in the price but can be done as well as child care, personal washing, ironing and shopping. There is also a qualified beautician, so if there is a desire for massages and other beauty luxuries, treatments can be pre-booked.

Dream Villa leads directly to an elegant and spacious covered terrace with swimming pool, modern furniture which is ideal for relaxing, reading or sipping a cocktail as the sun sets. A few steps down from the living room is a beautiful dining room. Both rooms feature contemporary art, with marble floors and views towards the islands of Spetses and Spetsopoula. About Ermioni

Ermioni is situated in, and gives its name to, the whole Ermionida area in the South-East of the Argolida (Argolis) region, within the Peloponnese, mainland Greece.  There is little information written about Ermioni in the guide books, at most, a paragraph describing it as a small authentic fishing village, maybe worth a couple of hours of your time.  Yet it is a beautiful Greek coastal town, very central to many places of historical and cultural interest, surrounded by charming coves and beaches.  A magical place that once you have been and explored, will bring you back again and again.
Ermioni (Ancient Hermione) can be divided into three sections.  The commercial Limani port and harbour is located on the Northern side, with the lively Mandrakia on the Southern side of the peninsula.  At the Eastern end of the town, is the archaeological pine-cladded forest area called the Bisti.  Here one can enjoy leisurely walks at any time of the day, as there is plenty of shade, and visit the 5th Cen. BC temple of Athena, and other ancient, Byzantine and medieval monuments.  You can also swim in the clear blue sea, from the rocky coves along the Southern side of the Bisti, which overlook the islands of Dokos and Hydra.  There are no beaches in Ermioni, apart from a very small stretch of sand close to the Bisti, where some local residents go to enjoy their swim.  The sea surrounds the town from three sides, giving the feel of being on an island, but without the possibility of being stranded in adverse weather conditions.
Some books have refered to Ermioni as a seaside town of captivating beauty, this is a good description, as it still remains authentically Greek, charming, hospitable and friendly.  For the visitor to Ermioni, there are numerous amenities, from banks, post office, ATM machines, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, physiotherapist, tourist office where one can also hire cars, real estate offices if you wish to buy property, taxis, buses to Kranidi and Kosta, various shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, cafes, bars and tavernas.
There is a colourful weekly farmers market on Thursday mornings only, 07:30 - 13:00, selling assorted fresh fruit, fish and produce, various clothing, footwear, handicrafts and domestic household items.
Ermioni is a working community, with just over 3,000 permanent residents, so most facilities are open throughout the year.  However, during winter, some tavernas do close for the olive harvesting season and re-open either in January or for the Orthodox Easter. Ermioni has one of the best micro-climates in the whole region, with the summer months being hot and sunny, and the winter months being warm, mostly dry with clear blue skies, which makes it a perfect time to visit.
For most visitors, the Limani side is the first port of arrival to Ermioni, whether by road or by sea.  One will find small hotels, pensions, apartments and private traditional Greek houses to suit all tastes and budgets.   All will provide a warm and friendly service to any visitor, as well as the many tavernas, cafes and bars along the waterfront.  A hire-car is advisable to travel around, as Ermioni is an ideal base for exploring the many historical and cultural sites, towns and villages in the surrounding Ermionida and Argolida area.  Places to visit in the Out and about are Kilada, Fourni, Kranidi, Thermisia, Iliokastro, Loukaiti, Porto Heli, Kosta and Didyma, all of which are close by. However there are many Places to Visit  such as Nafplio (which was once the capital of Greece), Epidavros, Tiryns, Mycenae, Argos, Assini, Tolo, Galatas, Trizina, Methana, Ancient Corinth and the Corinth Canal.  Take the opportunity to explore the pre-historic cave at Franchthi and the caves at Didyma, go rock-climbing at Lizards Rock in Thermisia, cycling, hiking, walking, especially through the gorge of Katafyki, or just relax on the many nearby Beaches and swim in the crystal clear blue sea.  For anyone who is experienced in scuba-diving or someone who wishes to sample a beginner’s course, then Ermioni is classed as having the best International scuba-diving centre in the whole region.  The scuba-diving is from the small islet of Kapari, located opposite Mandrakia harbour in Kapari Bay.  You might wish to explore the near-by islands, then the Argo-Saronic islands of Hydra, Spetses and Poros are just a short boat ride away.  All three islands will offer you a different experience.  Methana with its spa and volcano, is not too far away for a day visit.
The town's war memorial, which is situated in front of the tourist office, is the main focal point of Limani.  From this point one can wander up to the Old Village of Ermioni, situated on the crest of the hill.  Explore some of the back streets and see the local people going about their everyday lives, of which many will greet you with a warm friendly "Yassas".  The old village has the Ermioni Museum of History and Folklore, an antique Toy Museum, the 9th Century Byzantine Metropolitan church of Taxiarches (Archangels), the original 1888 village school in front of the new village library and a small number of shops.  One street is called Melina Merkouri Street, named after the famous Greek actress, singer and cultural minister, whose grandfather once lived in Ermioni.
Ermioni has a reputation for producing fine products, such as pomegranates (annual festival in October) citrus fruits and the well known local olive oil, which was recently voted one of the best in Greece.  From Didyma and the nearby mountain village of Iliokastro, there are some wonderful wines produced to accompany the local Greek cuisine.
An important factor is that Ermioni has changed little over the years, both in its appearance and in continuing to keep the local civic, historic and religious festivals and traditions alive, especially to the growing younger generation.  If you get the opportunity to visit Ermioni in the Spring, then the Greek Orthodox Easter is a wonderful occassion to experience, the main Greek festival of the year. "We hope you get the chance to visit Ermioni soon".
